CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION
Registered attendees will be given the congress materials (folder, pen, notebook, program information/schedule AND Assistance certificate) when picking up their identification card at the Secretariat.

Attendees will be allowed to enter any session included in our program as long as they carry their identification card and the room is not full. In addition, people registered will have access to the sessions included in the scientific programme of the 7th International and 12th National Congress oh Clinical Psichology which will be celebrated simultaneously at the same place and dates. People registered have the opportunity to submit a maximum of two papers to the 3th Iberoamerican Congress of Health Psychology. Registration also gives them the right to send two papers to the 7th International and 12th National Congress oh Clinical Psichology  which will be celebrated simultaneously at the same place and dates.  Click the following link to access the 7th International and 12th National Congress oh Clinical Psichology website (Click here).

Once the Congress is over, and within a period of 2 months, attendees will have access to the electronic Book of Abstracts (with ISBN) on our website.

Furthermore, by following the instructions on our website, authors will be allowed to submit one of their presentations for review and possible inclusion as a full-text book chapter in the Book of Abstracts publication which will have an ISBN designation.


IMPORTANT: The Organizing committee is not responsible for scheduling changes beyond its control. Each congress hall has a limited capacity which is determined by its size. The number of registered applicants will never be higher than the total number of available seats.

- Graduate students who are not submitting any proposals for presentation will only pay student fee. In case they are presenting a paper, they will have to pay acording to the fees above.

REFUNDS
The deadline for cancellation ofregistration fees is June 6th at 2014. Refunds will be processed after a $ 50 euro administration fee is deducted.  No refunds will be processed after said date and time. From that day and time on, there will be no refunds. If the reason for your cancellation is the non acceptance of your paper proposal, the registration fee will be 100% refund, even if it is after the 6th March, 2013.

To process a refund, send a signed request with copy of the deposit slip of your registration payment to the following e-mail address: psalud.sec@aepc.es or via fax to the next number 34 958 16 17 08 within an attached copy of the deposit slipconcerning the registration payment.
